How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping to anywhere in Australia takes 7–14 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on every order, Australia wide. No minimum spend.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to Australia only. International shipping is coming soon.

How do your hoodies fit?
Our hoodies are oversized fit. We recommend sizing down if you prefer a more fitted look. Check the size guide on each product page.

What quality are the hoodies?
Heavyweight fleece, built for Australian winters. Thick, warm, and built to last.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Contact support@redlined.com.au to start a return.

What if I receive a faulty item?
