Shipping

We offer free shipping Australia wide on every order. No minimum spend required.

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched
  • International Shipping: Currently we ship to Australia only. International shipping coming soon.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before dispatch. During busy periods this may take slightly longer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Redlined gear. If something isn’t right, here’s what we offer:

  • Change of mind: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Faulty or incorrect item: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
  • Sizing: Please check our size guide before ordering. We recommend sizing down as our hoodies run oversized.

How to Return

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@redlined.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
